Yesterday the doors of The Three Chimneys closed for the last time in 2016.  

The Colbost-based restaurant has been operating seven days a week for the past eleven months of this season.

Work will soon begin on building the restaurant's third kitchen, which will be a bespoke design by the current Head Chef, Scott Davies, and General Manager, Paul Hughes.

The restaurant has been in business for just over 30 years and in that time has only had three leading chefs.  

It will reopen on January 16 2017.
